Q: reset password page says '' this is not an apple ID ''
I have an iPhone 5s updated to iOS 10.0.2.
i used the same iCloud account for my and my brothers phone, big mistake! so i changed his iCloud account and everything went back to normal, but my iPhone started to ask for my iCloud password and when i type it it says that its incorrect! and i'm 100 precent sure it is correct, so i tried again and again until they locked my account for security reasons. i asked apple support many times to help me but they couldn't or they simply didn't fully understand my problem, anyways i didn't give it much attention but now that i've updated my iPhone a notification keeps on coming up every 10 seconds asking me to enter the password for the email but they wont accept it, and it is ANNOYING!!! and when i go to the reset my password page and type in the email used for my iCloud account they say '' this is not an apple ID ''
Please i need help i've been icloud-less for more than three years now.
