Q: MacBook Air won't connect to iCloud after entering in my information
I recently updated my MacBook Air to macOS Serria. Before I updated my mac to macOS Serria, I was getting an error message saying: "Mac can't connect to to iCloud because of a problem with __________ email." I looked around online and people were saying to sign out of iCloud, then sign back in. That is what I did on my mac, but now it will not let me sign back into iCloud. After I entered in my username and password, the loading symbol pops up and then the "Two Factor Authentication" pops up. After I click later for the two factor authentication, iCloud supposably "loads" more, but in reality, it ends up not logging into iCloud at all. iCloud makes my username and password disappear from the text boxes completely, and then I am back at square one.
Can someone please help me? I have no clue what is happening and I have even reset my iCloud password so I know that I am entering the correct one in.
Thanks!
MacBook Air, macOS Sierra (10.12)
