Q: I have MacBook Pro, iPad Air 2 +iPhone 6s: can I sync "Stations"?

By "Stations," do you mean the stations from the Apple Music subscription streaming service (under Radio)?  If so, and you subscribe to Apple Music, they should be available for streaming on your iPad and iPhone, in the Music app.  No syncing required.

If you mean the "old school" Internet Radio stations in iTunes, no.  They are streamed in iTunes.  You cannot sync streamed content, because that content is not stored on your Mac's drive.
