I have been trying to find downloaded ipsw iPhone/iPad iOS files. I even checked places that are hidden. I can't seem to find them. Where are they located in the new MacOS Sierra?

If you want to restore your iPhone, connect your iPhone to your Mac iTunes and do a restore as new.
If you are trying to downgrade, it's not supported.
I just want to find the location so I can delete them to free up space.
