Q: Where is "Add to Queue"

Back in iOS 9 we had "Play Next" and "Add to Up Next" options when playing music. This was such a great feature because it allowed you to queue up songs in an order that you wanted.

In the iOS 10 Beta "Add to Up Next" became "Play Later" but didn't show up sometimes.

And now, after the official iOS 10 has been released, there is NO "Play Later" or "Add to Up Next" options! Why has this been taken out? I understand that the play queue is below the player controls, but that isn't helpful if you're driving or can only glance at the screen. Those times where you just want to add songs to play one after another.

Only being able to use "Play Next" keeps putting the last song you select to literally play next - which is like queuing songs backwards.
