Q: out of storage indicator on family sharing

Each individual user with an individual Apple ID has a seperate iCloud account, even if you are Family Sharing. Although purchases (i.e. apps, books, music, movies) are shared between users, iCloud storage is not shared. Each user can pay to upgrade their storage, but these upgrades are not reflected across the whole family.
