SSO(single sign on) does not work on my macbook air

Hello,

I have macbook air on hand and it is running OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. this macbook was setup on Oct 9th and i install Casper(self-services) software on it. and my company already deploy SSO on the mac,but i found the sso does not work from Oct 11th,it cause i can't login company applications such as Cisco jabber/O365/JIVEON/BOX...... Any body now how to fix the SSO issue? thanks a lot.
