Q: iCloud storage plan

Why was I charged with extra amount when updating the credit card details. I have opted for iCloud storage 50GB plan and using more than two years. As I have upgraded my credit card, the old credit card auto payment has been declined from the bank. Thus I updated my credit card and renewed the storage plan and Rs.60/- was charged extra. Is it a processing fee?

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.4

It shouldn't be a processing fee.  Perhaps it's one of those charges that checks to see if the card is valid, and if it is, the charge usually drops off.

    Yes it should be that.

Do you have SMS Alert for your credit card?

If so you should see: "Authorization Request for x,xx $ / € / £ on Card nr. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Then on your bill it won't be there.

I had a similar problem with the Amazon Audible service ... Just terrible as every SMS Alert is not included in your Carrier's plan ...
