Random photos showing up in Camera Roll

Has anyone else had a photo show up in their camera roll that they are unfamiliar with? I was going through some photos today and the latest photo my phone says I took was at 138am yesterday but I was definitely asleep. Some friends told me my iCloud account was hacked so I spoke to someone at apple support and they told me to change my password but that my account looked fine. They said my icloud photo sharing wasn't on and that's usually where the photos come from so that was it.

Where else could this photo of come from? I don't recognize the young girl in the photo nor have I ever seen the room she is in.

Any ideas?
