Needs a feature to set a time period where activity notifications are muted every day. I use my watch to track my sleep and if I forget to manually turn off notifications in the activity app every night I wake up to 4 am stand reminders.

I use my watch to track my sleep and if I forget to manually turn off notifications in the activity app every night I wake up to 4 am stand reminders and activity updates. This defeats the purpose of tracking my sleep if my watch is the one interrupting it.

These stand reminders are like any notifications. You need to manage them yourself.

The best way I can suggest is by setting a scheduled do not disturb time on your iPhone. Then set the watch to "mirror" your iPhone. This way all notifications will be muted on both devices simultaneously without you needing to remember. If you happen to be up late or early you can manually turn "do not disturb" off. If you do happen to manually select it on later in the night (say after going to be later than usual) then it will automatically deselect itself at the scheduled time in the morning. If you had received a text msg instead of a stand alert, then that too would have woken you.
