Q: sync to macbook early 2016

I just got a early 2016 mac book, since this computer has only the lighting cable to use for charging I can not figure out how to sync my ipad mini which is running ios: 10.0.2, my ipad mini 2 running ios: 10.0.2,or my iphone 6s running ios: 10.0.2 with wi-fi running 12.5.1.21 via wireless. I have read the help section on syncing your apps over wi fi but I do not understand it. Can someone please help me

It has a single USB port.

You will have to be more specific as to what you do not understand with the wireless syncing document:
