My iPad Pro is making loud noises when I am typing information on the keypad.

Turn off keyboard clicks:

1. Tap on Settings > Sounds
2. Scroll down to reveal Keyboard clicks.
3. Set Keyboard Clicks to Off.

Just out of curiosity, you do not have this screen

So, since this did not help, what type of sound is your ipad making? Do you have Voiceover turned on so it says everything that you do?

I can't find the keyboard clicks in my settings. In fact, I can find "sound" but not "sounds." So this answer does not help me at all.
