Sharing with Flickr: authentication failed with error code (0)

I just upgraded to Sierra and have trouble sharing pictures from the Photos app with Flickr. I get the error message "authentication failed with error code (0)". Any ideas?

Mac Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12), 64GB RAM
