Q: apps after iOS10

hi,

yesterday night I downloaded iOS 10.0.2 on my iPhone 6S and due to the fact my iPhone hasn't got so much space some of my apps are in a kind of "standby"; they sent me message that it should be a temporary condition and after download they will start back again, but to be honest nothing happened and i can't delete these apps; can anybody help me?
