Q: Delete after importing

Hello,

I recently purchased the new iPhone 7, so when i open the Photos app in my iMac, and select the Import option, in order to import the pictures from my iPhone, and after selecting my new pictures, the option "Delete after import" next is gone.

How can i import my pictures in Photos and then automatically delete in my iPhone ?

Is iCloud Photo Library enabled on the iPhone? 

if Cloud Photo Library is active on the iPhone, the photos are stored in iCloud and only mirrored on the device, and the option to delete after import will not be show.  If you can delete after import, you have to enable the option before you import the photos.
