Oct 13, 2016 2:46 PM in response to greg.phillipsby red.stang,In theory it could still could be a problem with your headphones because iPhones have 4 segment jacks vs. the 3 on standard 3.5mm jacks. Therefore there's a chance there's a slight misalignment happening. If you have headphones with a mic/vol control that support iPhones then maybe your phone's jack is actually damaged.
