How do I remove photos and email from iCloud

Second try here.

I want a method to simply remove photos from iCloud as -- or after --- I download them to my WIN PC. I have the iCloud app on the PC and I can download from iCloud. Is there a way of then removing the photos from iCloud other than going through and individually deleting them?

Is there also a way of deleting from iCloud and/or the iPhone 6s emails which I no longer need on the iPhone?

You can delete them from iCloud only after you ensure you have safely downloaded them to your PC. Once all downloaded to your PC's desktop/desktop folder/hard drive, you can then delete the photos from iCloud. Wasn't sure if that's what you were asking?
