Issue with Activity Digital watch face

My Apple Watch sometimes has an issue with the Activity Digital watch face where the Activity rings will dissaper, they will still be touchable and will open the Activity app if you touch the area where they should be. I have fixed this issue temporarily by turning the Watch off and on again, but it seems to come back at random. I also have reported feedback to Apple.

I'm wondering if there IS a way to fix this, or of anyone else has this issue as well.
