when connecting my Iphone 6 ios ver 10.0.2 to itunes 12.0.1.26 no synching

when I check my device manager I see under portal devices apple iphone, and in my computer icon i see the device, but under usb devices i do not see the needed apple mobile usb driver. When I attempt to update the drive for the apple iphone device un portal devices, I navigate to the driver located here:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers\usbaapl.inf . The driver is install successfully, I open itunes and still get the following error message " tunes could not connect to iphone because an invlaid response was recieved from the device" . I have changed usb ports on Pc with same error message. I however test with another iphone 5s device and it synchs no problems, and when connected it also is shown as a portable device, but now the needed apple mobile usb device is shown and now and itunes will synch properly this device is running ios v8.4. I am running windows 7 32bit OS. Is there a way to maintined both the needed icons one for portable device for iphone and apple mobile usb device driver? Both mentioned need to be seen in order to have a successful synch. I cant upgrade to the latest itunes either with current pc.
