MacOS Mail Profile Photo

I have an issue where my profile photo in Mail (the one that shows in the upper right corner of mail I sent) is the wrong icon. I have changed my iCloud Profile photo and updated my Systems Profile Photo. Any place I can think of but mail still shows the wrong icon. It shows a chess piece if that means anything.

I have deleted the home/library/containers/com.mail... folder. Restarted. Reset PRAM. I can't think of anything else to clear.

Please advise.
