iPod always dies at 12%

Does anyone else have this problem ??? it's really annoying that i always have 12% more battery left that i can never use

Under Settings > Battery > Battery Usage, what shows up at the top?

You may want to reinstall iOS 10, but if that does not work, contact Apple Support.

% battery is not accurate on an iPod.

If you charge for at least 6 hours what battery life do you get?

4-5 hours playing video seems to be the norm
