0xE800002D error

Hi

Ever since I upgraded to the latest Itunes for mac version 12.5 and my ipad mini 2 and iphone 6+ was upgraded to iOS 10.0.1 (now at 10.0.2), I always get this error message when I sync my Macbook Pro macOS Sierra (10.12) latest version and either of the two devices. I always have to resync at least once and if there are more 10 apps to sync, sometimes even twice to get the syncing to be completely done. There was one time where I actually had to resync thrice.

Can anyone tell me if this is a normal situation now? If not, how can I resolve this issue. It is very frustrating because it means I have to watch the sync and make sure that all apps are synced accordingly.

Best regards
