Well, they were two separate reviewers that have no affiliation with one another, are pretty popular reviewers, and both have come forth with this issue regarding the iPhone making noise. Both are die hard Apple fans and appear to have access to the latest Apple tech before it comes out. I don't know if Apple sends them multiple devices to review (one reviewer reviewed 5 iPhone 7's, two 7 Plus' and three 7's, and all the various colors) Or if they pretty much making the big bucks on YouTube and can afford all these phones and devices.
As for the battery exploding, I read that within Apple News through one of the news sources I follow, forget which one, but it was a tech site, legitimate. It just seems odd to me that I am following two separate reviewers that have posted videos showing the odd sounds and clicking coming from the iphones they were reviewing. One of the reviewers, DetroitBorg, had posted just the sound coming from one of his. The other reviewer posted a video and his puzzled reaction as he raised the phone to the mic so we could hear what he was. TechSmartt is that reviewers page.
i have not had the best of luck with phones and have actually had to return brand new models of various phones back to where I got them over the years because of various issues. The Note 4 was the most recent one where the battery wouldn't last a day, but when I returned it the new phone I got lasted as it ought to. The iPhones I returned were the iPhone 4 and 5 which also had battery life issues.
I plan on buying the phone in America and bring it back to Thailand where I'm living so you can see how I'm being very cautious in what I'll be buying, because there will be no returns once I'm across seas. I haven't been home in two and a half years and plan on buying the phone through a Verizon plan, since it doesn't come out here until December, and Thai phone companies make foreigners buy phones outright as they don't have plans for foreigners here, only for Thai people, which is understandable.
I have been researching the iPhone 7 Plus and am anxious to get it but I will only have three weeks in the States to use it and return it if I encounter any issues. I have even picked out a case for the phone and plan on buying it before coming to the States in December. I dont want to wait as one person said, it's I don't want to get one of these noisy phones which if you google you will find a lot of pages stating this. All I did was typed "iPhone 7 makes noises" and a lot of sites came up, including The Verge, EnGadget, BusinessInsider, and 9to5Mac. i know it's not ALL iPhone 7's, of course, but it can be that I just happen to get one that does hiss and make noises. That's all I was asking. I'm not trying to downgrade the iPhone 7 because I think it's still a great phone model regardless the hissing and sounds on some I'm just hoping it's being addressed by Apple and perhaps will be fixed soon so no one has to purchase one unknowingly.
