Notes won't sync

OK, maybe I did a stupid thing. After moving to Sierra, I made the settings for my Notes to be migrated to iCloud. I really didn't want that, so on the iMac, inside of the Notes app, I manually moved the notes back to the iMac side. I did a sync, and there's next to nothing on my iPod Touch Notes. On the iMac, inside the Notes app, the "on my iCloud" and then"on my Mac" looks exactly the same. However, when Open those folders in the "on my iCloud" side, those folders are empty. At this point I don't think this has anything to do with Restore Backups, because when I look at the versions available, they're quite old now.

I would like to sync my Notes between the iMac and the iPod Touch. How can I solve this problem.

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3), '12 iPod Touch; '10 MacBook Pro

Hello !

If you turn off the notes feature in iCloud preferences or Internet Accounts preferences, your iCloud notes are removed from your notes app. If you turn it on again, your notes reappear in the app, up to date.

After turning off notes in iCloud preferences, you still have access to your iCloud notes by using the notes app on iCloud.com. If your other devices have iCloud notes turned on, they also continue to have your most recent notes .

Thanks !

Someone from Apple gave me some instructions and asked me to send some kind of technical reports from all my devices. I did it some weeks ago and I'm still waiting for him to get in contact with me. I hope they're really paying attention to this issue. In the meantime I'm using another app for notes. Try to get in contact with Apple support. Maybe they can find the problem and the solution... If not it will be even much more frustrating.
