Bought some albums on iTunes. ITunes is in a loop and nothing seems to be downloading. I've force-quit it (indicates that it is not responding) and restarted and same thing happens. I did upgrade to Sierra today, not sure if that is a factor.

itunes does work in 10.12, I use it every day.
you could have something interfering with your Itunes, you may post an etrecheck report for further analysis
