Have you tried using the minus key to remove the wireless entry from Preferences > Network ?

Oct 20, 2016 3:34 PM in response to trevozby samurai_123,Yes it is indeed weird. The WiFi status "orange" . I deleted and re-added it and it stayed "red". However after reboot, it came back again with "orange"
I also observed that Bluetooth doesn't work anymore. I suspect something funky going on with macOS Sierra.
Anyone having issues with Bluetooth after upgrading to Sierra?
