Q: Ipad is acting up
Since the last update to IOS10, my Ipad is not working right. I can't watch most videos; I can't go from one link to another. Is anyone else having this problem and can it be fixed?

Have you tried a restart yet?
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
