Q: iphone 7 dosent sync to itunes problem

Syncing an iPhone 7 requires Window 7 or later.

Hello, are you saying you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your computer? If you do and it is not working it may be a problem with your windows vista operating system. You may need to update your OS on your PC to get the latest version of iTunes installed.

You have the latest version of iTunes for your version of Windows, not the latest version of iTunes available.  Later versions of iTunes require a later version of Windows, and Vista does not support the latest version of iTunes.

And only the latest versions of iTunes recognize the latest iPhones (iPhone 7 did not exist in the last version of iTunes that is supported by Vista).  So when you say "so that means that my windows vista is out dated for the iphone 7", in a round about way, yes.

i am using iphone 7 plus & win 10, i3, 64bit, with itune 12.5.1.21 cannot sync with my phone, any advise?
