I've changed my AppleID password for security reasons and now my MacBook Pro is locked.
Though I can login perfectly on iCloud & AppleID websites, from iPhone and MBP Guest User.
Please, help!

Are you using your new password to try to login to the mac, or are you saying your mac login no longer works even with your original password? Your Apple ID is not linked to your MacBook Pro login credentials. Try using your old password and see if that works?
What happened was I've changed my password and primary email without signing out my Apple ID on my MBP. As I turned the computer off and back on I couldn't login again. Sounds kind of obvious, right?
I had to turn off the internet router in order to log with my original ID and password.
So, post-it:
Always sign out from Apple ID & iCloud on MBP, before changing primary email.
