Q: why my new iphone7 doesn't include the sim card door key

actually there is no sim card door key inside the box. is the same situation to anybody or only happened to me?

iPhone 7, iOS 10.0.2

It is included for some customers.

 

You may find that the tool is not included when the iPhone is supplied with a pre-installed SIM card.
