Can we give a macbook to an apple store and have money back as a balance?
If my macbook doesn't work anymore, can I go to an Apple Store and ask for money as a balance?
If your computer is not working and it is under warranty you can have it looked at and it may be repaired under the warranty. If your computer is out of warranty you will have to pay for the repairs. Apple will not buy your computer. They do have a recycling program: http://www.apple.com/recycling/
