Trouble with pre-ordered album...

So I pre-ordered an album, it dowloaded as singles were released, but it only ended up charging me for the 3 singles released on the album. They're the only files that are on my computer, and all the other files show up present in my library and the iTunes Store. There is no option for me to download, purchase, etc. the other tracks, and therefore they won't sync to my phone because they're labeled as "Apple Music AAC audio files" instead of "Purchased Music AAC audio files." The only option available to me in the iTunes Store is to "Play" the tracks, and the album reads as purchased. I used to have an Apple Music subscription at the time, but I just recently cancelled it. Thought it would solve the problem, but it has not.

Anyone know how to attain the rest of these tracks? I'm stuck.
