Q: Apple Support Won't Call Me
I have a problem with my Apple ID. I spent half an hour on the phone with one representative and almost another half an hour on the phone with another representative. One would have thought the problem would have been straight forward to address because my it appeared my Apple ID had simply been disabled; however no luck. Part way through my second conversation the representative hung up on me, or the phone was disconnected for some other reason. I logged back into Apple Support and requested a representative call me back straight way, and I also booked a call for 3:30 pm. It is now well past 3:30 pm and no-one has called me back to help. There is clearly no issue with my phone number because representatives had previously called me on the same day. There is still a problem with my Apple ID saying "Update Unavailable with this ID", so I cannot run any updates in the App Store. I am extremely disappointed with the service from Apple today. How can I get help with this issue, and also how can I lodge a formal complaint? Thank You.
