Q: Unable to reinstall iTunes
I recently uninstalled iTunes from my Windows PC (Windows 8) as part of recommended troubleshooting to fix an issue with Apple Music on my phone. I followed the steps listed in the article from Apple with the specific instructions of the order you should uninstall the programs. I have tried several times now to reinstall and each time I go to open the downloaded file, I get a message that says "This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software publisher". Anyone have any experience with this error message and how to fix it?
