If I block someone on my iPhone, how long will they stay blocked?

Hi,

I'm just wondering, if I use the block feature, how long will that number stay blocked for? I read on a site that, after 90 days, that block is lifted. Just wondering if thats true, or if blocking means blocked for life

i hope it would be blocked forever. you delete a contact from your iCloud, it is information you no longer have access. it surprises me, i am unable to clear the call block identification list. i need the numbers to vanish immediately.
