How do I remove mute on my Iphone6? I can't hear music or any sounds at all.
iPhone 6, iOS 10.0.2
Make sure your Mute switch on the side of the phone is not turned on. Just above the volume buttons is the Mute switch. It should be in the top position. If it is in the bottom position, and you can see a thin red line at the top when looking at it straight on, then it is on Mute. Move it up to turn Muting off.
