I access videos on the internet via Safari.
One site is telling me to update Flash Player.
I've applied the latest updates and still cannot access these videos.
Is there a problem with Safari/Flash Player?
I'm not a techie, but neither a newbie, any help will be welcome.

Do you have Flash Plug-in installed and allowed?
Safari > Preferences > Security > Internet Plug-ins
Enable “Allow Plug-ins”.
Safari > Preferences > Extensions
Select and uninstall “ClickToFlash and “ClickToPlug-in” extensions, if installed.
After clicking Allow Plug-ins, click Plug-in Settings, and make sure Flash is checked.
