I have an iPhone 6 and it is not working well at all. it keeps freezing, when I answer a call it freezes, when I'm just doing things on it it freezes.

I have been a customer of Apple for over 25 years. I have always brag to my friends and family how good your products are and how good your techno supported is. I have owned in that time about every product you've made. But for the first time I am highly disappointed in Apple. I have an iPhone 6 and it is not working well at all. I know you been having problems with the iOS and have posted numerous updates. But as of today I am up-to-date with your software. But it does not work it keeps freezing, when I answer a call it freezes, when I'm just doing things on it it freezes. I use my iPhone for work as well as pleasure. Since you can't get it to work right I am considering dumping this iPhone in the trench and getting someone else's cell phone. I need you to get back to me and tell me what to do to get this thing to work right? This is what I have.

iPhone 6 with IOS 10.0.2

So I thought I had the problem fixed, I turned off auto answer and used my button on my steering wheel to answer. When a call comes in, my phone freezes. I can't hear anyone and they can't hear me and then I can't even disconnect. I 'think' what happens is the person on the other end, hangs up and then I can hang up. I can't have it where I am in my car and can't answer my phone. If i try to change it to the iphone speaker, i can't because the phone is totally frozen.

STOP offering solutions if you haven't actually had the issue, then resolved it. It is not a hardware glitch because if you phone a year ago, was working fine. I warranty replaced phone and it didn't resolve issue. A hard-reset does not fix it. Having the latest/greatest IOS doesn't fix it. Seems to be associated with Bluetooth. Call comes in, timer gets to about 09 seconds, then phone freezes. Nothing works. After about 30 seconds, phone disconnects from Bluetooth, then reconnects a few seconds later and works fine. The whole interruption lasts 44 seconds. You can't hear caller and caller can't hear you. This is apparently a programming glitch. I don't know if apple will ever fix it. I can't even find where they've acknowledged it.

My husband and I have been dealing with the same issues for six months. We have been through at least 6 phones and are still dealing with the same problem. They have set up each phone differently and helped with several suggestions but no success. We wish we would have hung on to our old iPhone 5's as we have a small business we are trying to operate as well and it's been rough. Been an iPhone user also for many years but not happy with this iPhone 6s or 6s plus!!!
