Oct 15, 2016 12:43 PM in response to rimbeauxby Ralph Johns (UK),Hi,
What is happening when you see this ?
The WebKit item is in Hard Drive Name/System/Library/Frameworks
Acrobat would normally refer to the Adobe app of that name.
The Version number might be something to do with and whatever Preferences you may have set in the App.
If you are running something like Little Snitch that tell you every App/Process that connects to the Internet via the Port and IP address involved then it may not look like the app you are using as it will list any process that is called at the time.

Oct 15, 2016 2:43 PM in response to Ralph Johns (UK)by rimbeaux,I believe the message may have had something to do with Flash Player. I have since deleted Flash Player from my hard drive and restored the drive from a backup, and I haven't seen the message again.
And no, I'm not running Little Snitch.
So strange when cryptic messages like that pop up...

Oct 16, 2016 11:14 AM in response to rimbeauxby Ralph Johns (UK),Hi,
Items in the Keychain can be set to allow any app or process to access them or they can be set to allow Specific Apps.
If the later is set then any other app or Process will ask if it can see the info.
This one for an AIM Screen Name is set to only allow Adium.
Whilst I may have been asked to allow other apps to access this (Messages included) it seems my OS has also created another Keychain items that is allowing other apps.
As Safari is a webkit Browser I would check it's Preferences to see which App it is using to open Flash items
