I can't download certain apps
Any app will download except snap chat. When I clicked n it to download the circle comes up with a square in the middle like I can stop the download but it never pops up on my homepage to download?

If I understand correctly, you are unable to download Snapchat, but you're able to download and install other apps. First, restart your device as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:
If some apps don’t load on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If that doesn’t resolve your issue, then I would follow the steps in this article to get Snapchat working on your iPhone.
If an app you installed unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open
