M-Audio Keystation 49e reset

Does anyone have this problem? Whenever I start Logic Pro X, I have to cycle power - or disconnect and reconnect the USB cable - of my M-Audio Keystation 49e. This is the only way Logic Pro X will recognize or see the MIDI keyboard controller. It's not a big deal, but it gets annoying.
