apple id not found

i have an iphone with apple id, i had a problem in my iphone the screen was broken and i took some time to fix it, i open it and make an update it works well put i forget the password when i made the update it locked, if i try to search about my apple id, it says that the apple id not found, and if i try to create new account using the same email address it says that this email is being used by anther apple id account what should i do in this case.

now my iphone is locked and it not worth anything.. please help me its urgent

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.4

If you mean that the phone is on the activation screen try : If you can't activate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch after installing iOS 9.3 - Apple Support

its on activation lock icloud, the first thing that happen is after updating and restoring the iphone it says that this account is not used, i search on apple id site it says no apple id found, i try to make an account and in the begninng it says that this email in use, and after couple of days it works, i create new account, but i can't use it on the phone its icloud locked what can i do in this case????????? other wise i need to throw the iphone 6 on the garbage

Either contact iTunes Support about the account.

Or, and if you were the original purchaser of the phone (i.e. it wasn’t bought used), you could try going to an Apple Store (make a Genius Bar appointment if you do) or try contacting iTunes Support online (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html) and see if they can remove the phone from the account - they are likely to want to see proof of ownership before they might help e.g. original receipt with the serial number on it

thanks i will try to contact them, because i bought the iphone new and long time over a year i don't were i can find the receipt of buying it thanks anyways
