Q: Storage charge

bought ezyra storage so can back up all of my phone and it's charged me twice but still only says 5gb avail. Any ideas

You bought the extra storage on that iCloud account, the purchase went through successfully (e.g. they weren't just temporary store holding charges, it shows on the account's purchase history on your computer's iTunes ?), and you've tried logging out and back into the account ?

 

If it's on your purchase history and logging out and back in doesn't get the increased storage to show try contacting iCloud Support : http://www.apple.com/support/icloud
