I'm traying to restore my computer OS El Captian to the factory settings, but after erasing the computer and selecting Restar MacOS from the windows, and signing in with to my account it come a message that the item is not available.
I already sign out from ituns, find my iphone, icloud before staring the process... I read many comments but none of it had work. Can some one help me with this situation.
