Q: iOS 10.0.2 did not help

Before updating to iOS 10.0.2 I was unable to access the headphone and audio controls whilst on other apps, it only worked whilst on the home screen. I downloaded iOS 10.0.2 as it says that it will address the issue, however since updating I am still facing the same issue.

What should I do to resolve this problem?

iPhone 6s, iOS 10.0.2

Hi. I assume you're referring to the Control Center. Under Settings > Control Center, you can enable access within apps. Some users disable it because it pops up when they try to do something else. And the audio controls are now on the second pane of Control Center, so you must swipe up, then left, to access them.
