Q: SOS - Iphone screen shows itunes logo &usb port and I cannot get anywhere with this phone
Iphone 5s. macbook pro 2010 Version 10.9.5
Hi, I was in a public place and plugged in my usb port to my iphone to upgrade the software but all that happened
is my phone died. There's an itunes logo and under that an arrow pointing to it and under that, the USB port picture.
I have tried everything.

That means that the phone has gone into recovery mode, you need to do as the image shows and connect the phone, by its cable, to your computer's iTunes to reset the phone, and you can then restore/resync your content to it
