Q: cannot access app store or icloud following installation so now I seem to have been locked out of these apps - how do I fix this???

During installation of latest ios update on my ipad I did not have credit card details to hand to verify my apple id so skipped step now I cannot access app store or icloud on my ipad (comes up with error message cannot connect to app store and not connected to internet for icloud). How do I fix this? Its impeding my ability to work on my ipad.

Finally sorted by deleting ipad from my apple account and then added back.
