Using HDMI over CAT5/6 Extender Splitter to Stream Live Video To Multiple TVs

Hi. New to this but really need a solid answer before we start buying equipment. I'm in charge of the tech/sound booth at my church and we're working on getting live video feed from the booth to 3 TVs in the building. We just started live streaming on YouTube but obviously the feed is delayed about 20 seconds or so and we want a better solution for the TVs in the building without relying on the internet. I'm using Wirecast Play Studio to do the live stream and my setup right now has me using a second monitor that is plugged into my MacBook Pro to view the video feed. What I'm wanting to do is split the feed from the computer to go to all 3 TVs and the monitor. I've been looking at doing this with HDMI over CAT5/6 extenders and a splitter and found a solution that seems like it would work best for us where it will give us about 400ft of range from the transmitter to the receivers. All TVs already have CAT6 cables run to them and we're about to finally have CAT6 run to the booth. I'm looking at using this product from Gofanco to do the job. The setup would essentially be having an HDMI cable coming from my MacBook Pro and into a splitter so I can split the signal to the monitor and the other cable would plug into the Gofanco transmitter which is plugged into the CAT6 cable which is connected to a gigabit switch where the other CAT6 cables are connected. On the TV ends the receivers are connected to the CAT6 cable and an HDMI cable is connecting to the receiver and into the TV. My question is does anyone see any issues with the setup we have planned using a Mac? The diagram below shows what we're trying to do pretty much other than the splitter being connected to the transmitter.
