Q: OS X version 10.10

I am trying to download microsoft but am unable to bc it says I needOS X version 10.10, how can I get this?

    Hi, can you precise your question? What do you mean with "I am trying to download microsoft"? Which Microsoft product are you trying to download? There are many MS Products on the world.

    And what do you mean with "am unable to bc"?

    We need more precision and details.

    10.10, aka Yosemite is no longer available for new installs.

     

    If you purchase Yosemite in the past, it will be available to you via the Apple ID you purchased it with in the Applications -> App Store -> Purchases.

     

    Otherwise you can upgrade to Sierra 10.12, or if you are running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 or if your Mac will not run Sierra, you can upgrade to El Capitan 10.11.

     

    If you insist on Yosemite, then you can try making a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple store, and "MAYBE" they will install it for you.
