Q: iPad wont connect to Wifi

My iPad 2 isn't properly connecting to my wifi network, in the wifi settings it shows that it's connected with the blue checkmark, but there is no wifi symbol in the top left of it. I can see that it has an IP Address.

I've already tried Reset Network Settings and Reset Content and Settings...

iPad 2, iOS 9.3.5

Hi
Turn your router off for 20/30 seconds when its back on
Go to wifi on iPad forget that network then try to connect again .
If you still have a problem try another wifi at a friends house or cafe
That will tell you if ipad as a fault .

Thanks, I have tried using another Wifi which worked, but not my own and I have restarted the router too... Not sure what to do next.
